Unlike deep tissue massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage works with the skin and superficial tissues using very light pressure.

The treatment focuses on key lymphatic areas including the neck and collarbone, underarms, abdomen, groin, behind the knees and face.

It can be particularly beneficial if you are experiencing puffiness, feelings of heaviness or mild fluid retention, and is designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic function while encouraging relaxation.

Dry Cupping Massage

A targeted treatment combining massage techniques with dry cupping to focus on areas of muscular tightness, stiffness and restricted movement.
Suction cups are used alongside hands-on massage to lift and mobilise the tissues, helping the area feel looser and more comfortable. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs.
Please be aware that cupping can leave temporary circular marks on the skin, which may remain visible for several days. A consultation will be completed before treatment to ensure cupping is suitable for you.
